Are you warm, organized, and passionate about helping others feel welcomed and supported? Our behavioral health clinic in Yonkers is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team!

This role is often the first point of contact for our patients, so we’re looking for someone who brings compassion, professionalism, and positivity to everything they do.

• Greet patients and visitors with warmth and empathy
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
• Assist with intake forms and administrative tasks
• Maintain a calm, respectful, and confidential environment
• Support clinicians and staff with day-to-day front desk operations

• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Prior medical or behavioral health office experience is a plus
