This role is based in Yonkers, NY. Compensation is $52.00–$55.00 per hour, based on skills and experience. You will work a flexible schedule to support children with special needs and their families in homes, community, and clinic settings.
Job OverviewAs a Licensed Masters Social Worker, you will provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children ages birth‑to‑3 and their families. The position is located in Yonkers, NY, with cases throughout Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess counties.
Responsibilities- Provide ongoing special instruction and/or ABA services to children (ages birth‑3) in their most natural environment.
- Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over.
- Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
- Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family or child, plan ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
- Prepare progress reports as indicated.
- Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations. Required records must be submitted within established timelines.
- Must have a passion for working with children and families.
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the State of New York.
- 1–2 years of experience working with children birth‑5 is preferred but not required.
- Must be self‑motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
- Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Access to our paperless billing and data collection system (training provided).
- Support from a team of dedicated clinical supervisors and administrative staff.

- Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including driving a personal vehicle, walking, or using public transportation.
- Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
- Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time.
