Home and Community Based Therapist at Northeast Family Services

Full Time - Starting $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits!

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS policies. We provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes to treat behavioral health needs of youth. We utilize multiple evidence‑based practices that promote families' strengths.

Home and Community Based Therapist positions require in‑person visits to clients' homes.

• Full Time Rates:
  Starting at $75,000 - $90,000 per year
• Premiums Paid For:
  Non‑English language capacity, Experience, Select clinical specialties

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required
• Clinical Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) in the state of NY
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable and consistent vehicle preferred
• Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus
