This role supports children with special needs and their families in the Yonkers, NY area. You will conduct evaluations, write reports, and develop individualized service plans while working in home, community, and clinic settings. Achieve Beyond emphasizes collaboration, high-quality care, and ethical standards across ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical Therapy, and Special Education services.

• Administer psychological evaluations in home and/or school-based settings.
• Gather necessary information to conduct social histories.
• Write comprehensive evaluation reports and social histories and submit them in a timely manner.
• Write Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) and/or Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals.
• Determine need for additional assessment per observation and child need.
• Conduct evaluations in the primary language of the child.
• Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations). Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.

• Must have a passion for working with children and families.
• NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Experience evaluating children birth - 5 preferred but not required.
• Familiar with using evaluation tools such as ADOS 2 or CARS 2.
• EI Evaluations program requires completion of the EILN Intro and Advanced Assessment trainings.
• Must be self‑motivated and a team player who exercises patience and professionalism.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases, including but not limited to driving a personal vehicle, walking, or using public transportation such as a bus or train.
• Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods of time.
