We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide rehabilitative care and functional mobility support to patients across various care settings.

• Schedule: Per diem, contract, and short-term opportunities may be available
• Setting: Outpatient clinics, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, home health, or hospital-based programs
• Start: After completion of onboarding requirements

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on mobility and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient goals

• Active Physical Therapist license in your state
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• Relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements
