We are seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT) in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
BTs work directly with individuals with Autism and related behavioral challenges, implementing behavioral services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities- Deliver one‑on‑one in‑home ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement behavioral plans developed by a BCBA/LBA
- Collect accurate data during sessions to monitor client progress
- Maintain detailed session notes and records
- Collaborate with the therapy team (BCBAs, other BTs, and parents/guardians)
- Respond promptly to client, family, and supervisor needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with families and supervisors
- Minimum education:
High school diploma or equivalent - Experience:
At least 1 year working with children or in a related field - Related roles include:
Paraprofessional, Special Education Teacher/Assistant, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Autism Aide, ABA Therapist, Childcare Specialist, Daycare Worker, Direct Care Worker, etc. - Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of and adherence to HIPAA confidentiality laws
Part‑time: 15–30 hours per week
- Must be available after school hours and/or weekends
- Most sessions begin after 3:00 PM
- Brooklyn (Brownsville/East Flatbush)
- Yonkers
- Long Island City
- Bushwick
- Flexible part‑time or full‑time schedules
- Sign‑on bonus of up to $250
- Multiple openings across all five boroughs
