IT Architect – Service Now

Montefiore Einstein Technology in Yonkers, NY is hiring an IT Architect–Service Now. This role works closely with IT directors, product leads, vendors, implementation teams and staff to provide strategic guidance, technical design and oversight of foundational configuration of applications across the Montefiore Health System. The Architect acts as liaison between solution stakeholders, questions assumptions and drives change to mitigate potential risks.

It requires outstanding client service and contributes to the mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.

Location: Yonkers, New York –
Work Shift: Day, MON‑FRI, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (7.5 hrs daily).
Pay Range: $140,000 – $175,000.

• Analyze business and application requirements and present architectural solutions for various Montefiore environments.
• Create and maintain architectural reference documents ensuring consistent deployable solution designs.
• Manage relationships with internal technical and non‑technical business groups to align solutions with business goals.
• Maintain high technical expertise and serve as Montefiore IT’s subject‑matter expert in area of specialization.
• Solve or assist with solving technical problems, monitor systems to ensure they meet user needs and business goals.
• Own comprehensive, functional technology solutions; participate in architectural review of proposed projects.
• Provide technical leadership and support to teams, product owners and leaders; communicate system requirements.
• Use project management skills to determine resources, build teams, define tasks, develop budgets and lead teams to keep projects on track.

• B.S. or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert.
• Hands‑on experience with solution design.
• Experience managing projects and working as a lead to independently manage complex work.
• Understanding of strategic IT solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with vendors and business leaders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
