What will you be doing?

As a Services Solution Architect within the Automation and Agentic Operations Solutions Practice, you'll hold responsibility for providing leadership while solutioningopportunitiesforcomplex and strategicautomationprograms. You will identify, shape, and close new business opportunities by leveraging competitive intelligence, business requirements, cost estimates, and solution options across business and technology services and industries.

Automation solutions will range from strategy toimplementationand integrate across multi-domainssuch as Cloud, Security, Digital and more.

You'll lead teams in developing a competitive and compelling business case for our clients,designing and executing the competitivesolution strategy while mitigating risks and articulating the value of theWWT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the technical and solutioning work for automation pursuits, working directly with sales and clients to define use cases, scope automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into clear solution architectures and proposals
• Lead client-facing discovery and solution design during sales cycles, validating data sources, technical feasibility, delivery approach, and value assumptions to ensure solutions are realistic, differentiated, and aligned to client priorities
• Qualify and drive automation opportunities forward, assessing fit, complexity, value potential, and delivery readiness while maintaining accountability for progression, decision points, and handoff into execution

Team Support & Coaching

• Serve as the central owner of opportunity governance, maintaining consistency in how opportunities are evaluated, shaped, and advanced across the team.
