Associate Director, S&OP, Systems, Data Analysis & Production Planning, responsible for developing and optimizing global supply plans to support commercial forecasts and market demand in biopharma.
Responsibilities:
- lead end-to-end S&OP cycle
- create integrated supply and distribution models
- ensure data integrity across ERP/MRP systems
- develop analytics and KPIs for inventory and capacity
- run scenario planning for launches and demand shifts
- collaborate with internal and external partners on production scheduling and inventory management
- bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in supply chain planning, preferably within regulated pharma or biotech environments
- hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- strong data analytics skills, including SQL, BI tools, and advanced Excel
- APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred
experience with pharma or biotech product launches, regulated supply chain, and global distribution networks.
Work setup:remote U.S.
-based role with quarterly visits to San Francisco; travel less than 20%.
