This range is provided by Suburban Pest Control | Offering Proactive Pest Control Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate field operations in collaboration with the office; manage a team of service professionals.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain efficient workflow.
- Supervise field operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor service professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize field operations and resolve issues.
- Manage schedules, assignments, and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.
- Prepare reports on field operations and provide feedback to management for process improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in the pest control industry.
- Pest Control License (Must Have).
- Driver's License (Must Have).
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using technology for job-related tasks.
