The agency specializes in Shopify and Word Press development, high-converting landing pages, conversion copywriting, CRO, UI/UX design, branding, and custom web solutions. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring that all departments work efficiently toward the agency's strategic goals. This role will lead operational planning, optimize processes, and implement systems that support scalable delivery of landing pages, web development projects, and conversion-focused services. The COO will collaborate closely with the leadership team to translate business strategy into actionable operational plans, manage budgets and resource allocation, and monitor performance metrics across teams.

Daily activities include managing cross-functional workflows, guiding project operations, improving internal tools and processes, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture. The COO will also support client success by aligning operational capabilities with client expectations and growth targets.

• Strong Business Planning skills, including strategic planning, goal setting, and operational roadmap development.
• Proven Operations Management experience, with the ability to design, optimize, and scale processes across multiple service lines.
• Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and making data-informed decisions.
• Solid Finance and Budgeting capabilities, including forecasting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Experience leading remote, cross-functional teams and promoting collaboration, accountability, and clear communication.
• Background in digital agencies, eCommerce, or SaaS environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work with project management and CRM tools, and familiarity with KPIs relevant to digital marketing and web development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
