Neuroscience Regional Director – West

Regional Director leading a Customer Engagement organization within the biopharma or healthcare sector. Objectives include developing regional strategies, managing teams, and achieving sales targets through cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Patient Services.

• experience in market access, reimbursement, and payer landscapes; leadership at second-line management level; and familiarity with cross-functional roles.

Focus on commercial leadership in a regulated, multi-regional setting with a strong emphasis on customer engagement, team building, and strategic planning.

Travel of 60-80% across broad geographies is required, with candidates residing within the region or commuting distance to a metropolitan airport.

Work is field-based and remote, with initial training periods.
