The Partner Program Lead is responsible for building, coordinating, and scaling partner programs that drive activation, engagement, pipeline, and growth across the Partnerships & Ecosystems organization.
Sitting within the Partner Account Management function, this role works across Partner Account Managers, Channel Managers, Partner Marketing, Technology Partnerships, Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations to turn strategic priorities into structured, repeatable programs that partners can engage with and execute against.
The role will take ownership of selected partner growth-engine programs — from defining the model and operating cadence through launch, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Programs may include partner activation initiatives, demand-generation programs, joint campaigns, partner launches, innovation programs, enablement initiatives, webinars, events, account-mapping programs, lighthouse-customer motions, marketplace initiatives, or new partner-led commercial models.
The Partner Program Lead will also step into new or ad hoc strategic initiatives where structure is needed, taking an ambiguous opportunity or business priority and turning it into a clearly defined program with objectives, stakeholders, milestones, owners, dependencies, KPIs, and measurable outcomes and also help to drive these initiatives to market.
This is a highly cross-functional execution role for someone who can move quickly, create structure, connect teams, and make programs operational.
