Clinical Care Representative – RN/LPN/PT/PTA. Passionate about combining sales/operations and clinical care. Must be willing to travel daily within assigned geographic areas.

• Maintain strong organization and prioritization skills to achieve overall business goals.
• Collaborate with team members and referral sources, communicating professionally, accurately, and timely.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills with nurses, physicians, administrators, and office staff.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources in the medical community within your territory.
• Conduct in‑services to educate on products and services most appropriate for patients, driving sales growth and becoming the market leader.
• Maintain accurate records on prospective and active accounts and patients, ensuring information is up to date to provide a consistent clinical/operational/billing cycle.
• Travel 75%+ within the assigned territory.

• Skills in Microsoft Office and general computer proficiency.
• Minimum 2‑year experience in a wound care setting preferred; willingness to become wound‑care certified.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Physical Therapist (PT), or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA).
• Company will pay for WCC certification.
• Travel will be moderate to heavy.
