- Active and unrestricted LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.

Shifts:
- Sunday - Saturday
- 8:00AM to 8:00PM
- 8:00PM to 8:00AM
- Day or Night shifts available
- LPN: $35 - $40 an hour
- RN: $40 to $45 an hour
