We are seeking qualified Nurse Practitioner that specializes in Nephrology to service our patients though out the state of SC As a Provider you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care though telehealth You are an integral part of the care team collaborating with multiple healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective patient management Your responsibilities include evaluating high risk patients coordinating care plans and providing care management to improve patient outcomes Our providers conduct virtual patient visits from the comfort of their own homes This is a full time salary based position with the opportunity to receive a monthly bonus
The following shifts are available- 8 hour shift Monday Friday; 800am 500pm
- 10 hour shift Monday Thursday; 700am 600pm
- 10 hour shift Tuesday Friday; 700am 600pm
