St. Croix Hospice is seeking a 100% travel RN to cover assignments across ten states (MN, WI, IA, SD, MO, IL, KS, NE, IN, MI). Positions may range from 2 weeks to 3 months with travel benefits paid by the employer.
The RN-Case Manager will coordinate patient care in homes and communities under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor. You will travel between locations, provide comprehensive nursing care, and support families with education and planning while maintaining high standards of patient
