Providers have the freedom to shape their schedules, including preferred working days and start/end times, within the needs of the practice. Many providers also have access to virtual or AI-powered scribe support to streamline documentation.
The practice is committed to providing the best possible experience for both patients and team members while fostering a collaborative environment where providers can grow, connect, and thrive.
About the facilityThis is a well-established, physician-owned medical group with 100+ providers and more than 35 locations throughout the region. The organization is affiliated with two residency programs, a medical school, and a physician assistant school, and maintains a robust clinical trials program.
Despite its substantial size and resources, the practice maintains a setting in which physicians and advanced practice providers can develop meaningful patient relationships and practice with a high degree of autonomy. The organization emphasizes quality care, compassion, provider wellness, and work-life balance.
