Yonkers Brewing Co. isn’t just a brewery — it’s a show. We’re building the Savannah Bananas of breweries: part taproom, part live entertainment, and 100% unforgettable. Every night is packed with games, bits, and traditions.

That means our bartenders and servers aren’t just staff — they’re the cast. They pour beers, serve food, and keep guests happy, but also bring their own special talent to the show.

As a member of The Cast, you’ll do everything a great bartender or server does — but with flair. You’ll perform small bits, interact with the crowd, and bring your own personality or talent into the room.

What you’ll do:

• Serve drinks/food quickly and with consistency.
• Engage with guests as part of the nightly entertainment.
• Run recurring bits (Happy Hour games, Wheel of Beer, 9PM Toast).
• Perform or showcase your special talent during select shifts (music, comedy, juggling, impressions, etc.).
• Be part of social media content — the cast is featured in videos, skits, and recaps.
• Work as a team with the MC and Bar Manager to balance service + show.

• Experienced in hospitality (bartending/serving).
• Outgoing, funny, or charismatic — not afraid to interact with guests.
• Have a special talent or performance skill — comedy, music, magic tricks, juggling, dance, improv, impressions, etc. (We don’t care what it is — we care that you bring it!)
• Comfortable being part of a “cast” and working in a high-energy environment.
• Reliable team player — service still comes first, but entertainment makes it unforgettable.
