What You’ll Do

• Greet and engage customers in a professional, friendly manner
• Provide expert knowledge of wireless products, plans, and promotions
• Assist customers in choosing the right solutions to fit their needs
• Drive sales goals through consultative selling and excellent customer service
• Process activations, upgrades, and billing transactions accurately
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards
• Stay up to date on the latest wireless technology and offerings

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or retail experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus
