What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a specific geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Identify territory‑specific opportunities and manage promotional resources effectively
  • Collaborate with internal partners to enhance communication and support for product promotion
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field and minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or neurology sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven track record of meeting sales objectives
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and build trust among peers
  • Proficiency in sales platforms and business intelligence tools such as  and SAP
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
  • Close‑door or specialty pharmacy distribution experience
  • Background in Psychiatry, Neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments
