What You'll Achieve as a Customer Sales Enrollment Associate
  • Walk customers through the Verizon Enrollment process, accurately answering questions, and handling sensitive customer information with respect and professionalism.

  • Follow all compliance guidelines to ensure seamless customer interactions and expectations.

  • Create powerful client presentations to all customers, tailoring your sales pitch accordingly and delivering relevant information to each customer.

  • Input data and keep accurate records of enrollment, sales transactions, service appointments and customer feedback.

  • Quickly resolve problems, following compliance guidelines.

  • Represent Verizon in a positive light, with the utmost professionalism, expertise and empathy.

  • Achieve sales goals in an individual or collaborative setting with other Enrollment Services Representative.

  • Stay up to date with Verizon’s latest products and services, to create informative presentations and help customers make educated decisions.
