Responsibilities:Developing business plans, navigating customer stakeholders, leveraging data analytics for opportunities, and engaging in strategic account management.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6+ years in diagnostics or life sciences sales targeting hospital and physician labs, with proven results.
Preferred:8+ years, oncology/molecular diagnostic experience, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), and success in oncology product sales.
Key biopharma specifics include:Focus on molecular diagnostics and oncology, with extensive territory travel (~90%).
Collaboration:Collaboration occurs across customer stakeholders (oncologists, pathologists, urologists, administrators) and internal teams (Strategic Account Managers).
The position demands:Strong consultative, negotiation, and data analysis skills, along with knowledge of HIPAA and patient data privacy.
Location:Located primarily remote, with travel within a 50-mile radius of workload centers.
