- Handle UK customer calls related to printer queries and convert potential customers into sales.
- Understand customer requirements, identify sales opportunities, and recommend suitable paid services.
- Drive conversions through effective communication, objection handling, upselling, and closing.
- Clearly explain service plans, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with potential customers where required to maximize conversions.
- Achieve individual daily and monthly sales targets.
- Previous experience in Technical Sales / International Sales / UK Process preferred.
- Experience handling printer-related calls will be a strong advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of Team Viewer and experience taking remote access of customers device is mandatory.
- Strong sales closing and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent spoken English with confidence in handling UK customers.
- Candidates with experience converting technical/support calls into sales will be preferred.
- Work from home.
- Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
- Monday to Friday working.
- Saturday & Sunday fixed off.
