As a Security Professional – Commercial Site Patrol – Full Time in Yonkers, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents.

You will interact with visitors and tenants, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, all while maintaining a professional presence. • Assist with access control procedures at a commercial real estate location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Provide customer service by greeting and assisting tenants, employees, and visitors, while following site-specific access control policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the property and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify any security‑related concerns.
• Document and report any access control irregularities, incidents, or security‑related matters according to site and Allied Universal protocols.
• Participate in emergency response activities as directed, following established procedures for the location.

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
