DeGennaro Construction LLC is looking for a dependable, skilled Carpenter to join our Field Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who is clean, punctual, and enjoys working in a team environment. You’ll work directly under the Lead Carpenter on residential and commercial projects, performing hands‑on carpentry tasks with precision and care. • Read and interpret blueprints (basic knowledge required)
• Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials according to job specifications
• Install and adjust structural components and finishing elements
• Operate hand and power tools, including circular saws, grinders, levels, and drills
• Assist in building and assembling furniture, fixtures, and other project components
• Inspect and repair damaged structures or materials as needed
• Communicate regularly with the Lead Carpenter on progress and issues
• Work effectively and respectfully with fellow crew members and staff
• Follow OSHA safety standards and jobsite safety protocols
• Maintain clean and organized work areas at the end of each day

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry or construction
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be detail‑oriented, punctual, and a strong team player
• Able to take direction and contribute to a collaborative worksite
• No certifications or licenses required for this role
