Own complex full-stack initiatives while mentoring engineers and helping shape technical direction. Senior Engineers are expected to engineer solutions, challenge assumptions, and drive technical excellence.

• Design and implement scalable backend and frontend solutions.
• Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making.
• Develop APIs and complex integrations.
• Own production quality, monitoring, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate effectively across globally distributed teams.

• Java and Kotlin (primary strategic languages).
• Legacy C#/.NET applications undergoing modernization.
• HTML, CSS and JavaScript for UI customization.
• REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• AWS (EC2, ECS, Cloud Formation, IAM, monitoring).
• CI/CD, automated testing and Agile delivery.

• 5+ years software engineering.
• Strong Java/Kotlin.
• AWS and infrastructure experience.
• REST APIs and SQL Server.
• Automated testing.
• Ability to work independently.

• Experience with GraphQL and microservices.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Cloud Formation).
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering organizations.
• Experience supporting large-scale production systems.
