As an Applied AI Engineer, you’ll research and utilize established and state of the art Gen AI and machine learning (ML) techniques to successfully deliver solutions to our customers. You’ll work directly with our customers to understand their business and technical needs. You will design and deliver AI solutions. We move fast and are constantly prototyping new ways to deliver value to our customers.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with customers, and bridging the gap between AI technology and business value.

• Partner with customers to build and deploy GenAI and machine learning solutions from use case scoping to model deployment in agentic systems focused on delivering real business value using large scale data and orchestration frameworks.
• You’ve moved beyond prompt engineering and RAG, designing stateful agents with tool calling, memory, and routing using Lang Graph, MCP or similar tools.
• You’ll lead architecture and implementation of AI agents that autonomously complete eCommerce workflows via third party systems (APIs, web apps, documents).
• Develop and support AI components including model inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, and observability.
• Work with a full stack of open source and cloud based AI tools like AWS Ultra clusters, Hugging Face, VectorDBs, and PyTorch.
• Strong foundation in data engineering (pipelines, ETL, real time data processing), scalable infrastructure (cloud native architectures, microservices, container orchestration is a must.
• Full stack product development including building intuitive user interfaces and end to end experiences for production grade AI applications is a strong plus.
• Stay current with agent research and apply new techniques pragmatically to improve scalability, latency, and cost in production AI systems.
