React Developer

We are looking for a mid-level React Developer who thrives on solving hard problems with Docker and JavaScript. Picture $64,000 - $94,000, a remote cadence, and 3 years of MongoDB translating into a mid-level seat you actually steer at Innovate Core.

• Sketch Cypress sequence diagrams that make the technology flow obvious to everyone
• Integrate third-party services and internal tools into the Innovate Core stack
• Turn vague technology tickets into crisp, testable MongoDB acceptance criteria
• Backfill MongoDB test coverage on the riskiest corners of Innovate Core's codebase
• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems

• A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam
• Familiarity with the rhythms of a forever-learning remote team
• Demonstrated wins in technology work somewhere near Rochester, NY
• Demonstrated Microservices expertise in a fast-moving technology environment
• A communicator who writes the meeting recap nobody asked for but everyone reads
• Comfort defending a recommendation in front of skeptics

Innovate Core took everything frustrating about technology and rebuilt it from scratch in Rochester, NY, with innovative attention to Go. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

You get $64,000 - $94,000, a growth runway, a mentor, full benefits, and a flexible Rochester, NY setup, no fine print, no catch.

We just reopened this React Developer req and are eager to meet new people.
