Field Boy

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Field Boy to support daily logistics operations. The role involves pickup and delivery of documents, parcels, materials, and other company items, coordinating with vendors, customers, transporters, and internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of assigned field tasks.

• Pick up and deliver documents, parcels, samples, materials, and other items as assigned.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, transporters, warehouses, and office staff for smooth logistics movement.
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of goods while following assigned routes and schedules.
• Maintain delivery challans, receipts, invoices, proof of delivery, and other required documents.
• Verify items during pickup and delivery to ensure correct quantity and condition.
• Support loading, unloading, packing, and arranging goods when required.
• Track and report delivery status, delays, damages, shortages, or any field-related issues to the supervisor.
• Handle cash, payments, or deposits only when authorized and submit proper records.
• Maintain company vehicle, two-wheeler, delivery bag, mobile phone, and other assigned tools responsibly.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, traffic, and compliance guidelines during field work.

• Minimum education:
  
  10th or 12th pass preferred.
• Prior experience in logistics, courier, delivery, warehouse, or field operations is preferred.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred, if travel by bike is required.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and ability to use maps/navigation apps.
• Ability to read and understand basic delivery documents, addresses, and instructions.
• Physically fit and able to travel, lift, carry, and move items as needed.
• Must be punctual, honest, disciplined, and presentable.

• Field-based role requiring regular travel within the assigned city or area.

• Overtime or urgent deliveries may be required depending on business needs.
