Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This permanent position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC machines. You will be working on a variety of exciting projects, creating precision components with tight tolerances for a range of industries.

• Set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Interpret complex blueprints, engineering plans, and geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) to plan machining activities.
• Perform precision machining operations, including grinding, to meet tight tolerances.
• Use precision measurement tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
• Select and set up the appropriate tooling for each job, and make adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Perform regular maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve machining processes and reduce setup times.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in operating and programming 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of precision machining, grinding, and other manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering plans.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools.
• Excellent understanding of geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
• Experience with tooling setup and adjustment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational certification in CNC machining or related field preferred.
