Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping and maintaining the golf course grounds. As a Groundskeeper II, you will be responsible for landscaping and maintenance around the golf course. Flexible schedules with availability to work extended hours during golf and holiday seasons, as needed. The team maintains protocols to ensure safety for associates and patrons, allowing focus on customer experience, landscape work, and equipment maintenance.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas
• Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and irrigation heads as necessary
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

• 2 years of golf maintenance experience with additional experience in golf course irrigation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to read and speak English; may be required to communicate with English-speaking customers or co-workers (equipment manuals are in English)

• Frequently uses hands
• Regularly stands, walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and crawls
• Frequently lifts, moves, and carries up to 50 pounds; may push/pull up to 100 pounds
• Regularly exposed to hot and/or humid conditions, chemicals, moving mechanical parts, confined spaces, hot attic temperatures, and outside weather conditions
• Noise level is moderate
