Employment is contingent upon residing in San Diego County at the time of employment. The position is full‑time and the primary service area will include San Diego County and may expand to Los Angeles or Orange counties as customer needs evolve.

• Provide technical service of automated parking systems and deliver timely notifications of problems or delays.
• Maintain technological knowledge and assist with project setup, installation, and customer training.
• Research and gain hands‑on experience via Amano McGann University to improve system solutions and troubleshooting efficiency.
• Follow and enforce all OSHA safety practices.
• Complete PCI checklists when servicing applicable service issues.
• Ensure that work orders are detailed, completed per SOP, and signed off by the client before leaving the site.
• Maintain and operate company fleet vehicles safely and keep work areas organized.
• Generate service tickets as needed and follow up with support until issues are resolved.
• Provide on‑call after‑hours and weekend emergency service as required (in rotation with other technical staff).
• Assist sales staff in promoting new equipment where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively to create a collaborative environment with clients, subcontractors, branch staff, support personnel, and corporate staff.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Able to work outdoors in all climates and conditions as needed.
• Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Lift and/or move in excess of 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs on occasion.
• Work may require kneeling, bending, and ladder use.
• Use hand and power tools as required.
