Base pay range$16.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Must be able to reliably commute to York, ME.
Work for a small business owner! We are seeking a property assistant manager for the owner of several small businesses located in York/Cape Neddick, ME. This role will include tasks such as running errands, managing the owner’s schedule, and property upkeep. The ideal candidate is honest, trustworthy, and a friendly individual. Someone with exceptional organization, communication skills and a 'whatever needs to get done' attitude will excel.
Candidates may be at the beginning of their careers looking to get their foot in the door at a small business with potential growth opportunities.
Reports to: Owner.
Expected
Hours:
Monday through Friday, floating 8-hour shifts depending on the owner's schedule. Start time as early as 7:00 am and end time as late as 6:30 pm. Some travel is expected (not very often).
- Run errands including grocery shopping; some meal prep may be required.
- Keep office/vehicle/shared spaces organized, cleaning, laundry, light lawn care.
- General maintenance and scheduling maintenance services as needed.
- Occasional childcare, ensuring that a safe environment is provided.
- Manage and organize the owner’s schedule.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Current license and clean driving record.
- Ability to drive a pickup truck is a plus.
- Computer skills - Must be familiar with Outlook, Word, Xcel, Google Drive, Outlook calendar is a plus.
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Administrative assistant duties such as paying bills, filing expenses, and reconciling multiple business credit card accounts.
- Tracking vehicle maintenance, insurance cards, and registering vehicles when needed.
Nubble Site Solutions, Precision Pro File, & Site Boss are tightly integrated small businesses with shared ownership based out of Southern Maine. The businesses work hand in hand to:
- Manufacture (R&D, testing, programming)
- Distribute (sales, offer training, etc.)
- Support (in office or on site)
- Prepare data (heavy highway to residential) for all things GPS construction staking.
