Overview

Echo Ultrasound Tech / Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist responsibilities: operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, compassionately prepare patients for echocardiogram procedure, and produce detailed images of the heart for interpretation by healthcare teams.

• Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment for cardiac echocardiography
• Prepare patients for echocardiogram procedures
• Produce detailed cardiac images for interpretation by healthcare teams

• National certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• 2 years of experience
• BLS certification
