• Deliver highly personalized service tailored to guest preferences
• Provide detailed knowledge of hotel amenities, local attractions, dining, and experiences
• Support front desk operations, concierge services, check-ins, and curated guest requests
• Assist with room presentation, amenities, and luxury-level housekeeping standards
• Engage in resort or boutique programming such as events, activities, or F&B service
• Ensure all spaces meet elevated cleanliness, aesthetic, and brand standards
• Communicate proactively with guests and departments to anticipate needs
• Uphold a sophisticated, guest-first culture in all interactions

• Excellent communication skills with a warm, polished demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and passion for elevated service
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and solve problems creatively
• Experience in luxury or boutique hospitality is preferred
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions
