Conner Roofing Co Inc is seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Commercial Roofing Manager to oversee our expanding commercial roofing and exterior projects. In this leadership role, you will manage day‑to‑day field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. From coordinating crews and subcontractors to maintaining client relationships and enforcing compliance, this position is key to driving the success of our commercial division.

• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial roofing and exterior construction projects.
• Coordinate labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Conduct on‑site supervision, progress monitoring, and quality inspections.
• Work closely with ownership, estimators, and sales teams on project planning and execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily logs, schedules, and cost tracking.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and vendors.
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce jobsite cleanliness and organization.
• Represent Conner Roofing Co Inc with professionalism on all project sites and meetings.
• Identify and pursue commercial bid opportunities through bid boards, networking, and client outreach.

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction or roofing management.
• Proven track record of managing multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, exterior construction methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project specifications.
• Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in low slope roofing EPDM and TPO.
• Experience with forklift and telehandler helpful.
• Experience with Roper Auto‑fold sheet metal brake.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel throughout Nebraska.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Full‑Time:
Monday–Friday. Occasional weekends and overtime as required by project demands.

Based in York, NE. Travel to project sites across Nebraska is required. Company vehicle and per diem provided for travel.
