• Teamwork

  Collaborate with care teams to develop personalized care plans for each resident
• Outings & Adventures

  Assist residents with getting to and from outings, including driving a non‑CDL van (if applicable)
• Event Fun

  Bring joy by decorating, setting up, and serving at various events, dinners, and parties

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, and speak)
• A passion for building relationships with elderly residents and bringing joy to their lives
• Memory support experience is a plus but not required - We'll train the right person!
