We’re currently looking for a Shipping / Packer 2 to join our team!

As a Shipping / Packer 2, you’ll be responsible for preparing outgoing orders by packaging materials, inspecting shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring everything is ready to go. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a high-performing team, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package and prepare items for shipment, following quality and safety guidelines

• Inspect items and shipping containers for accuracy and damage

• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and hand tools as needed

• Maintain inventory records, packing lists, and Bill of Lading documents

• Work closely with the Inventory Control Supervisor and Shipping Coordinator

• Keep your work area clean and stocked with materials

• Uphold OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times

• High School diploma or GED required

• 2–3 years of experience designing and building crates required

• Ability to use tape measures, hand and power tools, and basic computer skills

• Comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs independently (up to 100 lbs with help)

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and time management skills

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one through company training)
