About the Role:
Welder/Fabricator 1
Are you passionate about hands-on work and precision fabrication? Do you love creating something real—something that lasts—from metal and grit? At Cyclonaire, we’re looking for a Welder/Fabricator 1 to join our dynamic production team. You'll help shape and build key components that power the systems our global customers depend on.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricate and weld custom components with precision and care
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Use tools like grinders, saws, drills, and presses to bring ideas to life
- Perform routine equipment checks and light maintenance
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Troubleshoot minor issues with tools or documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous welding or fabrication experience is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (we provide training)
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day
