Position Title: Long Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) OR Registered Nurse (RN) - Full Time (FT)
Department: LTC Nursing
Reports to: Director of Nursing Services

Build rapport and report changes in residents' conditions - Leadership opportunity:
Grow your career by taking the lead on the floor
- Provide nursing care, including medication administration, treatments, and documentation within an LPN scope of practice
- Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to appropriate staff and families
- Supervise nursing staff and assist in training and oversight of Medication Aides and CNAs
- Report accidents and incidents promptly and document thoroughly
- Communicate professionally and coordinate with other departments to address residents' needs
- Leadership qualities, organizational skills, good judgment
Must have graduation from an accredited nursing program, hold a current Nebraska license, and BLS certification.
- Ability to care for and develop rapport with elderly residents, demonstrating genuine interest in nursing and elderly care
