Position Title:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Director, Obstetrics
Status:
Regular Part Time (24 hours per week) or Full Time (36 hours per week)
Shift: Night, every third weekend

What You'll Do
Provide skilled, compassionate care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum.
Monitor fetal heart rates, respond quickly to changes, and provide neonatal resuscitation as needed.
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and team members regarding patient conditions.
Implement physician orders, administer medications, and deliver hands-on care.
Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and thoroughly.
What You'll Need
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN license in Nebraska.
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (CLC preferred).
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a caring, team-oriented approach.
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety.
- $15,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time, $7,500 for Regular Part Time
