Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, networking events, and digital prospecting.

Identify and qualify residential and commercial roofing opportunities.

Conduct roof inspections and deliver professional property assessments.

Prepare and present proposals aligned with company standards and client needs.

Close sales contracts and coordinate project handoffs with the operations team.

Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, appointments, and follow-ups.

Attend community and industry events to represent Conner Roofing Co Inc.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience (roofing, construction, or B2B sales preferred).

Demonstrated success with cold outreach and lead generation strategies.

Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness to learn about roofing systems, construction practices, and insurance claims.

Proficient in CRM platforms and digital sales tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Base salary: $36,000–$48,000 annually (commensurate with experience).

  • Uncapped commission:
    • 5% of contract value on company-provided leads.
    • 8% of contract value on self-generated leads.
  • Tiered performance bonuses for exceeding sales targets.
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses for top performers.

Schedule

Full-time:
Monday–Friday

Flexible hours based on sales activity and client availability

Occasional weekend or evening availability as needed

Based in York, NE

Projects and client outreach throughout Nebraska
