Job Details:

• Minimum 3 years of experience required

• Level I Trauma experience required

• Previous travel experience required

• Must be proficient with Da Vinci xi robot and bonus points for DV5 Davinci robot experience

• Must be proficient with robotic general, gyn, thoracic, and urology specialties

• Must function independently in all specialties:
Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma

• Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate

• Call requirements: 2-3 calls within a 6 week matrix with 30-minute response time required

• Weekend coverage: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6 week matrix (can be days, evenings, or nights)

• Holiday coverage as needed on day, evening, or night shifts

• Floating required as needed

• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract

• Patient ratio 1:1

• Care for patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics

• Work in 18-room OR with daily census of 50-60

• EPIC charting system experience heavily preferred

• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)

• Clean nursing license required with no hits accepted

• Tobacco and fragrance free facility

• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)

This major healthcare facility operates as a Level I Trauma center with a comprehensive 593-bed capacity and an advanced 18-room operating suite. The facility specializes in complex surgical procedures including robotic surgery with Da Vinci xi and DV5 systems, serving a diverse patient population across multiple surgical specialties. The organization maintains high standards for surgical care with extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
