Job Details:

• Minimum 3 years of operating room experience required

• Level I Trauma experience required

• Previous travel experience required

• Must function independently in all specialties:
Robotics, Orthopedics, General, GYN, Urology, Bariatrics, ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Thoracic (excluding cardiac and open heart), and Trauma

• Must be proficient with DaVinci xi robot and preferably familiar with DV5 DaVinci robot

• Must be proficient with robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties

• Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate

• Call requirements: 2-3 calls within a 6-week matrix with 30-minute response time required

• Weekend requirements: 3-4 weekend shifts within a 6-week matrix (can be days, evenings, or nights)

• Holiday coverage as needed on day, evening, or night shifts

• Floating required as needed

• Patient ratio of 1:1

• Work with patients of all age groups from neonates to geriatrics

• 18 operating rooms with daily census of 50-60

• Epic charting system experience heavily preferred

• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)

• Maximum 7 days return to work time

• Tobacco and fragrance free facility

• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours to complete)

The organization maintains state-of-the-art equipment including DaVinci xi and DV5 robotic surgical systems and provides interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, and rapid response teams.
