About the Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team. As a LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including administering medications, observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, and participating in care planning. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient data

• Participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the Registered Nurse and other healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the State of Pennsylvania

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
