You will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor activity, and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents. Deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and drivers. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees while carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, and control access for authorized personnel, vehicles, and contractors.

+ Maintain accurate visitor, vendor, and vehicle logs; issue and collect access credentials in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
