York County, PA Pay Rate: $18 - $22 /hourly

Justice Works Youth Care is seeking a Family Transportation Aide to provide safe, reliable transportation for the children and families we serve. This role works closely with caregivers, families, and community partners to ensure access to essential services such as medical appointments, social services, and school.

• Safely transport children and families to appointments and services
• Assist clients in securing children in approved safety restraints as needed
• Help families transport personal belongings when necessary
• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle
• Provide courteous, respectful, and compassionate service
• Use a personal vehicle or a Justice Works company vehicle when available, depending on office assignment

• High school diploma required
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
• Ability to pass all required clearances
• Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug screening
• Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required.
