1st Shift: Monday-Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM

$21.13/hour

• Play a critical role in production and shipping operations

• Operate a high-reach forklift to move, stage, store, and retrieve materials throughout the warehouse.
• Supply production teams with the inventory needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Transport finished products from production areas to shipping and storage locations.
• Load and unload trailers while maintaining product accuracy and quality.
• Place and retrieve materials from elevated warehouse racking systems.
• Maintain efficient material flow throughout the facility.
• Perform daily safety checks and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.

• Recent high-reach forklift experience.
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, material handling, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working at heights and in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.

This position operates within a busy warehouse and production setting with regular forklift traffic and active material movement throughout the shift. Employees work in a non-climate-controlled facility where temperatures vary seasonally. Safety, teamwork, and efficiency are essential to success in this role.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $19.69 - $21.69/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
