The Games Operator is responsible for delivering exemplary customer service and maintaining the operational efficiency of the arcade area. The Games Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $13.00 hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor towards guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Encourage guests to enjoy arcade games, confidently answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure all games are thoroughly cleaned, properly equipped, and ready for guest use.
- Enforce game rules and ensure that appropriate prizes are awarded accurately.
- Maintain proper security and inventory of all prizes.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the arcade.
- Help transport department deliveries from the warehouse to storage areas and restock game prizes as needed.
- Accurately receive cash and disburse change to guests.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ year of prior work experience preferred
